Model is missing from the list
Symptoms
A model does not appear in a selector, a route cannot target it, or a connected client cannot use it.
Check
- In Model Services, confirm the service and the intended model entry are saved and enabled.
- In Models, confirm the model points to the intended service and destination.
- On the API key, check whether Allow all models is enabled or whether this model is included in Select allowed models.
- Check the client’s configured model name. An upstream model identifier and a Stravia-facing model name need not be identical.
Resolution
Save the missing model/service mapping, correct the route target, or update the key's allowed-model scope as appropriate. Then refresh the client model list or request configuration. A model being configured does not bypass key restrictions.
Escalate if still stuck
Record the exact client-facing model name and the route/service/key scope involved; never share the key value. See Models & routing and API keys .
